By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I. GENERAL TERMS.

Please write in a clear manner and have commission references. Both written and visual references are accepted.

II. PAYMENT

Headshot commissions are paid up-front. Other commissions are paid in two installments: the first half is paid up-front and the second half is paid after the buyer’s validation of the initial sketch.
Accepted currencies are EUR and USD.
Payment is made via Paypal.

III. DELIVERY

Commissions will be delivered via email as a full resolution JPG file.

IV. DEADLINES

The commission will be sent within 1-2 months after the first payment. The process can take longer if the validation step requires more time.
If you need me to meet a certain deadline, let me know in advance and I’ll let you know whether I can work with those conditions or not.

V. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The initial sketch validation exists so both the buyer and the artist can have an understanding of what the final artwork will look like. After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made (rescale, color change). Any greater changes will come with an extra charge.

VI. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

Commissions are intended for non-commercial use only. Commissions cannot be mass-produced or used for profit.

The artist is allowed to use the art anywhere they want to promote themselves.

The buyer is allowed to:

• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
• Print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Removing any watermarks/signatures.
• Altering the artwork without the artist´s consent.

Private commissions always come with a 50% fee.

VII. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time and for any reason.
Refunds are not permitted after payment unless it's been 2 months or more since receiving the final payment.
A commission can be cancelled by any party if no payment has been made.
